Vaccine Injury, compensation scheme may boost confidence

Many people are very wary about getting the Covid vaccine, and they should be, already in Australia 27 people have been hospitalized and two have died from the vaccine.

Manufacturers believe that because the use of their vaccine is in the best interests of society, they should not be held financially liable for the consequences of a vaccine response.

The Australian Government agreed and has made secret deals with vaccine manufacturers to give them indemnity for vaccine injury and very little is known about these deals, so much for transparency.

Australia also does not have a vaccine injury compensation scheme which other countries have to protect those who may suffer injury from vaccines.

With no vaccine injury scheme, the drug companies have indemnity, this means if you do suffer from one of these so called “rare” complications and some of you will suffer, how do you get compensation?

Well you most certainly will be in for an uphill legal battle against the Australian Government who will fight tooth and nail to ensure they don’t have to pay a cent to you in compensation. Most certainly the only way for a common person would be to join a long drawn out class action suit with other people in the same boat and most of any compensation would go towards paying legal fees.

This is why we need a compensation scheme built into the pricing of Covid-19 vaccines, so those who suffer vaccine injury or the family of those who die are fairly compensated for their loss or injury without the hassle of having to fight a long drawn out expensive legal battle.
