Once again police have had to deal with a disqualified motorist near Cessnock and it’s not his first offence, police have done their bit and the courts hand out a fine and extend the length of their suspension.
But how many times can will the court just let these people go with a fine and a don’t do it again? They don’t care they’re suspended and I personally don’t care if the car they’re driving gets crushed and if they don’t own the car impound it for 3 to 6 months.
Road users are sick to death of these people on our roads who clearly should not be on our roads and it’s time these people cop real penalties for their stupidity.
