A driver has caught a terrifying encounter on Dashcam with a man at chittaway bay. The driver appears to be driving down a quiet road when a 33-year-old man from Cessnock appears from nowhere holding a brick, the two men can be heard yelling at each other.
The 33-year-old man from Cessnock steps away from the view of the camera and approaches the driver side of the vehicle and smashes the window.
The driver pleads with the man not to hit him with the brick, than the 33-year-old man from Cessnock says “I’ve got a gun in my pocket c**t”
The driver then takes off and calls police where its alleged the man then threw the brick at a police van before being arrested.
