Calls for Joel Fitzgibbon to be sacked

Nationals Deputy Leader David Littleproud has called for Joel Fitzgibbon to be sacked after Joel criticized the government for leading the push into an inquiry of the origins of the Covid-19 virus.

The Morrison government has been leading the push for an inquiry into the origins of Covid-19 but China has hit back at Australia with an 80pc tariff on barley and banning some beef exports. Now the Chinese have our coal exports in sight.

Joel Fitzgibbon said there was always going to be inquiry and the Morrison government did not need to blow up the economy in order to have an inquest.

David Littleproud said that Joel Fitzgibbon is weaponising foreign policy, and this is a sackable offense.

Joel says he is standing up for Australia’s national interest and the interest of Australian workers. I’m defending all those farmers, meat process workers, and people who have been affected by China’s decisions or fear they will be affected, including those in the coal mining sector and the iron ore sector – obviously very critical to my electorate.
