Hunter Valley Wombats Affected By Smoke and Fires.

Ceedar Creek Wombat Rescue Hospital is seeing an increases of wombats comming up for a drink and food.

Thick smoke throughout the Hunter Valley is having a major affect on our wildlif. With the drought means water is scarce for our wildlife and thick smoke in the valley means they need to drink more.

Cedar Creek Wombat Rescue Inc is a not for profit organisation that is recognised as a charity by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. It is operated solely on donations, and contributions from it’s founders Roz and Kev Holme

Donations are used to provide milk and other feeds as well as purchasing medical supplies and equipment for the hospital and treating wombats in the field
